MASAL (Peru)

The Project for the Sustainable Soil and Water Management in the Mountains (MASAL) is implemented in the framework of the bilateral agreement between the Peruvian and Swiss Governments. The national counterpart is the Ministry of Agriculture of Peru and the Swiss Agency for Development COSUDE, delegating implementation in Cusco and Apurimac to the Swiss foundation INTERCOOPERATION.

MASAL financed projects that are implemented by others, to disseminate efficient and effective methodologies, including Pachamama Raymi. DEXCEL and MASAL collaborated in the publication of the book Pachamama Raymi, the fiesta of learning (pdf).
