Knowledge Management (peer learning)

The main pillar of the Pachamama Raymi methodology is horizontal training, peer learning. It is capable of producing profound changes in a very short time.

The most successful families and organizations need to be found, and their knowledge and skills are shared, fostering the dissemination of best practices on a large scale. This can be done through "study tours", farmer exchanges, and providing expert facilitators and farmers who provide continous workshops and practical trainings.

Thus, people learn by doing, learn from the best, and replicate and even improve on them.
