Beneficiaries or participants?
People participation is the third pillar of the methodology and of project implementation. That's why in a Pachamama Raymi project we don't talk about "beneficiaries".
Nothing is free, there are no experts from the university with pre-conceived solutions, there are no gifts for the needy. Instead, outstanding performance and results are rewarded.
